Ford has already confirmed that the Ford Mustang for the 2015 model year will
have its debut in the next two years. In the launch the 2015 Ford Mustang is
expected to be fitted with the existing model’s six- and eight cylinder engines,
completed with an EcoBoost four- cylinder engine as well.
It is expected that the next generation Ford Mustang will make use of a
greatly reworked model of the previous car’s platform. Unfortunately, the
company has not made a final conclusion yet whether the new Mustang will have a
solid or independent rear suspension. From its rear photo, a suspension arm is
noticeable enough, while the rear wheels is fitted with a heavy amount of
camber. The car seems to be shorter in length . The face of the 2015 Ford
Mustang will be more likely to be identical to that of the Ford’s latest Evos
concept car.
It is possible that the 2015 Ford Mustang will be empowered by the company’s
3.7 liter V6 and 5.0 liter Coyote V8 completed with direct injection. The
company also had confirmed about the EcoBoost four- cylinder, yet Ford did not
give specifications about it. The company’s 5.0 V8, on the other hand, is a
great choice that is able to produce a total output of 420 horses when it is
fitted in the Mustang GT.
Some vehicles like the Chevrolet Camaro, Hyundai Genesis Coupe, Scion FR- S
or Subaru BRZ seem to be appropriate competitors for the 2015 Ford Mustang.
Sometime in 2014, Ford will launch the 2015 Mustang and we warn you to be not
surprised if the Ford Mustang brings an increased price tag if the independent
rear suspension will really go with the 2015 Ford Mustang.
